At Mentiri, every cloud is custom-made — shaped by your chosen name and crafted as a unique digital creation. Because our products are personalized and fully digital, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed and processed, your cloud video and adoption certificate are generated specifically for you. As such, we cannot offer exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

If you experience a technical issue with your files (such as a corrupted download or failed delivery), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your adopted cloud in full form.
